This facility is an integrated pasta manufacturing facility which receives durum wheat for milling into semolina flour and manufactures pasta at an annual rate of 120,000,000 pounds. The facility includes 120,000 bushels of durum wheat storage, a five-story 45,000-square-foot durum mill, and a 135,000-square-foot pasta manufacturing and warehousing facility. The mill tower, semolina storage, pasta manufacturing, and warehousing facilities are constructed of precast concrete.
