Younglove provided engineering, design, and construction services to Costco Wholesale Corporation for their poultry feed mill in Fremont, Nebraska.  Key features include:

  • 21 ingredient bins with 2,500-ton capacity.
  • Two 75-ton-per-hour pelleting lines.
  • Two 50-ton-per-hour hammermills.
  • One 40-ton-per-hour rollermill.
  • 10-ton batching and mixing system.
  • Four 100,000-bushel silos for grain storage with cone hoppers for gravity flow.
  • Dual loadout driveways with 32 bins and approxi­mately 3,400 tons of storage.
