Younglove performed the building design and construction of the new clementine processing and packing facility for Wonderful Citrus, LLC, at Delano, California. The facility includes a 600,000-square-foot precast concrete processing and packing facility and cold storage warehouse with 17 shipping docks. It has 2,100 precast concrete elements with over 400 miles of steel prestressing strand. Special precast concrete hybrid moment frames were used in areas where desired equipment or door openings prevented the use of shear walls.

A 40,000-square-foot, two-story, steel-framed corporate office structure adjoins the processing plant. This office area includes corporate offices, training rooms, kitchen/cafeteria, and plant employee welfare areas.

Exterior facilities include product rejection/recycle pits and two truck scales with a scale house.
