    Mr. DuBois began his professional career as a Project Engineer for a major national construction firm before joining Younglove.  In his early years as a Project Manager at Younglove, his duties focused on managing projects, including review of design drawings for constructability; development of contract specifications, project budgets, and schedules; and procurement of material and equipment for individual projects.  As a Vice President, his role expanded to include field operations, which entailed working with Younglove’s experienced Superintendent team.  His current role is primarily to provide leadership to the Younglove team in implementing the company’s mission to be “Builders of value...Builders of trust”.

    Mr. DuBois is involved in coaching youth basketball, is involved at his local church, and is the Board President of Hope Center (a local non-profit).

    Mr. Gubbels joined Younglove in April of 2006 as a Project Manager after several years of working primarily in electrical construction.  He offers a strong proficiency in the integration and value engineering of electrical and control systems in Younglove projects.  Mr. Gubbels has been active in the Electrical Residential/Commercial Contractors Association (ELRCA) and the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and has been a member of the Grain Elevator and Processing Society (GEAPS) since 2006.

    In his free time, Mr. Gubbels enjoys spending time with his family.  He also enjoys hunting, motorcycle riding, and classic cars.

Jared L. Myers

    Mr. Myers joined Younglove in June of 1999 after successfully completing a double major in Agricultural Engineering and Feed Science.  He had also served as an intern with Younglove prior to that time. 

    Mr. Myers has been involved in estimating, prospect development, proposal development, and project management primarily for our clients in the poultry and grain processing industries.  He is particularly adept in the selection and layout of material handling and feed processing equipment in our feed mill designs.

    As our Corporate Director of Safety, Mr. Hooey is responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, analysis, and coordination of our company safety program.  He has been involved in the safety industry since 1991.

    Under Mr. Hooey’s leadership, Younglove initiated a zero-tolerance, 100% tie-off policy, which has greatly reduced the number and severity of falls.
